COMPOSITE SOFTWARE AND LIBI SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGY INK DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

Israel and Surrounding Regions to Have Easier Access to and Support of Award-winning, On-Demand Data Services Technology from Composite Software

SAN MATEO, Calif. and RAMAT, Israel - July 10, 2006 – Composite Software, the leader in on-demand, service oriented architecture (SOA) data services, and LiBi Software Technology Ltd., Israel’s leading business intelligence (BI) software distributor, today announced that the two companies have entered a multi-year agreement enabling LiBi Software Technology to distribute Composite’s award-winning software in Israel and surrounding regions. The distribution agreement is in response to the escalating demand for Composite Software’s enterprise information integration (EII) technology as more enterprises around the world adopt a service-oriented technology environment.

In business for more than 10 years, LiBi Software Technology has specialized in distributing, providing technical services for and supporting BI and related software products. LiBi Software Technology will be a master distributor of Composite’s software, and therefore responsible for marketing and selling Composite’s entire line of products including the flagship Composite Information Server™ (CIS) and Composite Application Views™ (CAV) for packaged applications such as SAP, Siebel, Oracle and Salesforce.com. Composite’s technology enables customers to access, combine and deliver critical, disparate enterprise data on demand, as SQL or SOA data services. Customers also use Composite’s technology to provide BI applications with richer enterprise data, as well as help with migration towards SOA with pre-built data services for existing systems.

"Our knowledge of our local markets, combined with Composite Software’s expertise in on-demand data services technology, is a winning combination that will serve the Israeli, Middle East, and Eastern European markets well,” said Yaron Hirshson, general manager at LiBi Software Technology Ltd. “We are pleased to work with Composite Software to deliver best-of-breed products to our markets.”

Hundreds of Israeli businesses rely on SAP, Siebel and similar package applications to run their businesses. Customers can now bring forward SAP, Siebel, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Salesforce.com into a service-oriented environment using the reusable services of CAV, thereby accelerating dashboard, single-view, ad-hoc reporting, and SOA projects. CAV consist of hundreds of pre-built data services for key business information regarding customers, products, orders, employees and more. Working with the award-winning CIS, CAV present business data in legacy applications in the form of Web services. Alternatively, the business data is presented as traditional relational tables that may be queried, filtered and combined with other sources from across the organization. CAV leverage the security rules and business logic of each source application, preserving data and process integrity. Pre-built data services help jump start projects and reduce the risk of inadvertently changing or corrupting the complex data found in popular packaged applications.

"LiBi has a flawless reputation in Israel and the nearby regions that they serve,” said Christian Nall, vice president of World Wide Operations at Composite Software. “Their familiarity with the unique needs of their customers will enable them to customize service and support. LiBi’s proven success gives us extreme confidence that they will represent us well in these high-growth markets.”

Composite Information Server (CIS) and Composite Application Views (CAV) for SAP, Siebel, Oracle E-Business Suite and Salesforce.com will be available through LiBi Software Technology immediately. LiBi Software Technology is also a distributor for Cognos Corporation, a Composite Software partner. For more information, visit www.libi.co.il.
